The spiritual realm has always fascinated me.
Starting around the age of 8, I voraciously read the
mythology books in the children's section of the
library and the paranormal texts in the "grown-ups"
area. Titles such as Dr. Stephen LaBerge's Lucid
Dreaming kept me busy practicing lucid dreaming
techniques at the same time that I learned
how to conjugate verbs in elementary school.
This interest in the mythological and mystical
continued during the teenage years and deepened
into a fascination with the nature of reality and
consciousness.
In 1997, I
was initiated into the healing field by a health
crisis which led me to examine and experiment with
many alternative physical
therapies. These ranged from acupuncture,
juicing, cleanses, herbal medicines, infra-red,
wheat grass, TCM,
homeopathy, naturopathy, supplements, tinctures, food regimens
(such as raw food diet, macrobiotics, blood-type
diet, anti-candida, fasting, anti-allergy) and of
course, physical exercise.
Soon, this health journey inspired me to study
non-physical modalities and revitalized my long-time interest in
mysticism. However, far from being an esoteric
subject matter, I began to see the study of
consciousness as my life path. In addition to
training in various types of energy healing, all
relationships and experiences were now opportunities for further spiritual
evolution. I happily embraced the fact that this would
be a life-long journey.
Since 1997, this work has been my main
focus and over the years, it has transformed my life
in so many incredible and unimaginable ways. There has
been an abundance of synchronicities, magic and
miracles as I became more connected to the
vibrations of peace, love and bliss.
In 2006, I launched the Epic Alchemy program which offers
inspired teachings
about energy dynamics and self-actualization.
It continues to evolve and expand, with group workshops held in
Vancouver and beyond. I am excited to continue this amazing journey, to be of
service as a spiritual guide and
to share effective tools for transformation in diverse ways.
