Alchemy of Form
Do you know how to promote healing, find inspiration
and move emotions through the postures and movements
of your body?
We will learn a set of postures and movements to
explore the emotions and archetypes held in specific
positions of the body.
This is a glimpse at how Form directs Energy to
flow. Part yoga, part theatre of the soul.
Note: All postures are very simple and easy on the
body. No yoga experience required.
