Take a few deep breaths to ground yourself.
Once you feel ready, begin the following
meditation.
1. Use your finger to "draw" a RED spiral in the
air.
(Energy follows thought and as you intend to
create this form, it will be so.)
2. Now, inhale the spiral form through your nose
and feel its healing energy enter your body.
3. Hold your breath as you feel it circulate
from your head to your feet. FEEL it cleansing
and healing you.
4. Feel it settle around your root chakra (base
of your spine) for a moment.
5. Exhale from your mouth while you release a
GRAY-colored spiral.
Know that this is some debris in your system.
Start from Step 1 again, using a different
color each time:
Orange (feel it settle in your 2nd chakra -
around your pelvis)
Yellow (feel it settle in your 3rd chakra -
centre of your body, below ribcage)
Green (feel it settle in your 4th chakra -
around your heart)
Blue (feel it settle in your 5th chakra - around
your throat)
Indigo (feel it settle in your 6th chakra -
around your forehead)
White (feel it settle in your 7th chakra - top
of your head)
6. After releasing the last bit of debris (7th
chakra), draw a large spiral in front of you,
inhale this through your nose, feel it settle in
your heart and expand. Soon it expands
past your body, past the room you are in, out
into the Universe.
7. Feel a white glow emanating from within you.
This spiral remains to heal and protect you.
